Remarks

Haisla Hill is located on the south side of the Kitimat townsite, directly south and below the Nechako neighbourhood and east of the City Centre. The site is bordered by paved community road on two sides with sewer service at lot line. Potential uses include multifamily and single family residential, commercial, industrial and institutional. There is a growing need need for serviced, accessible and connected land development opportunities in Kitimat as large infrastructure projects continue their expansion. Soil conditions and slopes are potentially favourable for subdivision development. Ocean views from the site to Douglas Channel, mountain views to both the east and west.
